I’m Leah Meyers, an artist whose lifelong passion for painting has become an integral part of how I live and see the world.

 

My work centers on women, animals, and botanical life — subjects rooted in emotion, quiet beauty, and the human experience. I’m particularly drawn to fleeting moments — subtle light, gestures, and moods — that quietly find their way into my compositions.

 

Primarily working in oil, I also explore acrylics, watercolor, and mixed media crafts. I find inspiration in slow mornings, the gentle presence of my dog, and the lush stillness of houseplants. These simple rituals form the foundation of my creative rhythm.

 

While I cherish the solitude of making art, I also believe in the importance of connection. I regularly organize and participate in art-related gatherings as a way to engage with the world, exchange ideas, and spark new inspiration.

 

Beyond creating, I love sharing the joy of art through teaching. I host small group classes in oil painting, watercolor, acrylics, and handmade crafts — welcoming people of all backgrounds to explore their creative potential.
